wow this is really good thing. asthma and athlete is difficult combination
but this is a fact
Can be beaten though - I used to have Asthma since I was born and now I'm 44 years old. After many years of taking Ventolin and other medicines I've been drug free these past 5 years - by taking pure Aloe Vera and I even pay football now with no problems.
As far as Che is concerned, doesn't Aloe Vera grow freely in Cuba anyway? It could have helped him - I know it grows in Jamaica etc.

Aloe Vera is simply magic. We in India have it in plenty. My mother always has Aloe Vera in her Kitchen Garden.
